On a larger scale this is a very good example of how we're all too busy keeping stuff from each other to move ahead as a more mature world population might. Throw out a life preserver!

I have been using windows all my life, and there comes a point in ur life when u just wana p.

This is one of the most creative ideas I have heard about in a long time.

I consider myself a late adopter of RSS, but I am now using it in full swing at Netvibes. Available in several languages. Oh,it was eBay missing the boat.
Now that problem has been taken care of, aggregating RSS is a really useful process for me. Features an FAQ for students and a list of participating institutions.
Yes, they're a large corporation and while they haven't ended up in court or been besmirched in any other way thus far, society tends to shirk from the monolithic corporation. It looks like you got this from that Twilight Zone episode.
