        Using Compaq C V6.5-001
        Build on OpenVMS 7.3-2 and OpenVMS 8.2.1
        
        * lib/system.h (FOLD_FN_CHAR): Create a VMS alternative of this macro.
        * vms/filesubr.c (VMS_filename_classes): New table data.
        * vms/filesubr.c (last_component): Returns const char * everywhere.
        * vms/vms.h (link): both args should be const char *.
        (Patch suggested by Piet Schuermans <address@hidden>).
        
        * vms/config.h.in (PACKAGE_BUGREPORT): Add missing macro.
        * vms/config.h: Regenerated.
