If you wish to checkout cvs 1.11.13 from CVS, then the tag cvs1-11-23
is what you would want to use. If you want to checkout the latest sources
on that branch, you would use the cvs1-11-x-branch branch tag.

The alternative would be to download the sources

http://download.savannah.gnu.org/releases/cvs/source/stable/1.11.23/cvs-1.11.23.tar.gz

You will need a C Compiler environment for sure.

Hmmm... I was under the impression that the ccvs/windows-NT/README file
for the cvs-1.11.23 branch was from 2005-09-01.

Granted, much of the information dates from a long time ago.

That said, I have not personally ever built the Windows cvs.exe
executable. You might find better help on address@hidden
