Years ago CVS Documentation was hosted at
http://ximbiot.com/cvs/manual/ which has since
gone offline with domain now under new ownership.
Mark D. Baushke revised http://cvs.nongnu.org/#documentation
to reference last ximbiot.com capture at the Internet Archive.
CVS Documentation is readily available in CVS source downloads:
http://download.savannah.gnu.org/releases/cvs/source/
I propose to download released CVS Documentation files, extract
*.html.tar.bz2 content, and commit such to CVS Project web site
on GNU Savannah: http://web.cvs.savannah.gnu.org/viewvc/cvs/cvs/
GNU Savannah may have incompatible web content policies or space
limits, I do not know of but believe such is unlikely. That said
is there any reason we should not proceed?
