PLEASE HELP: DDD/Configure Problem (Was: Problems installing ddd 3.2.1 on SuSE 7.0)

DDD'ers,

This looks very much like the problem I am having configuring DDD on
Cygwin, except that in my case the Athena library also cannot be found.
I've done lots of poking around on this mailing list and the GNU news
groups. Several people have reported this problem, but now one has
offered any help. Please help if you can. Thanks
