I am looking at the list of source modules displayed via File->Open Source.
Can someone explain how the list is built ? I am trying to debug code that
uses many external functions/libs and I want to use DDD to make this an easier
task. DDD does not follow the external functions in the source window if I set
a breakpoint and then step through the code.
