need help for developing a debugger GUI frontend

I work on a processor project. We have finished the
compiler and debugger. We are in the process of
building
a GUI frontend for the debugger that is very similar
to
DDD. Can anybody let me know if we have to do
everything
from scratch or there is some freeware we can use for
the GUI part ? Pls reply to address@hidden
