DDD does not work.

Hi:

I installed ddd 3.3.1 on Red Hat 9.0. 
When I use it to debug a code(about 8000 lines), ddd
complains that:
/home/user1/sysdeps/i386/elf/start.S: No such file or
directory.

But when I use gdb to debug the same code, it works
well.

I try using ddd to debug a small code (20 lines), it
works.

What's the problem?
