[Debian-sf-devel] language file for Korean on 2.6.X

Hello, attached is the Korean language file for 2.6.X.

I translated all the messages on Base.tab but found that
current 2.6.X still contains many messages inside the php code
which makes i18n impossible. If debian-sf are to be a true(?)
i18n-ed one, dividing all the messages from the current
source code is necessary. I will give a hand on this once
I figured out the details on the code itself.

I am sure this is the most up-to-date version except English. :-)

I checked if it works fine or not...so far I couldn't
find any problem...

Please incorporate this into the upcoming version....(2.6.09?)
