  It shouldn't be a huge project to write a DTD for texinfo format. There may
be one, but I haven't really looked around.

  Ah... in just looking around, I found one:
        http://master.swlibero.org/~daniele/software/sgmltexi/doc/
which are tools to make texinfo from SGML. I'll try it, but probably not
in the 1.4.3 release. If it works, I'll put the CVS tree. I don't want to
throw this in before the release.
