[patch] remove newline in acinclude.m4

Hi,

this trivial patch removes a newline that occurs mid-word in the
description of the --with-tclinclude configure option. I assume it is
not intended, as "configure --help" includes the newline in the
description.

I haven't prepared a patch against the generated files as I have rather
old versions of the auto* tools so I hope someone else who knows what
they're doing can do it.
