  Yes. As the DejaGnu primary author and maintainer, that is the CVS
repository I actively use. Before each release, I sync up what's on
savanannh with what's on source, although usually more patches and
other development happen on the savannah side of things.

  When I worked for Cygnus, I used our CVS tree, naturally. What's on
sources is the same CVS tree a few years later. When I left Cygnus, I
started the new CVS tree first on OpenProjects, then moved it to SourceForge
when OpenProjects died, and finally to Savannah when VA Linux tanked... 

  I'd guess the CVS tree on sources is potentially more stable for GCC/GDB
testing, and the one on savanah more likely to have new features (like XML
output) and more bug fixes, and more useful for non GNU development tool
testing.
