It has worked for me on RH9 (around new-year) and on
mostly-RH6.2 (see posts to gcc-testresults) though the latter
system isn't used for *bootstraps* (only cross-compiles).
Note that this isn't from the FSF repository; it's the imported
repository at sourceware.org (aka. sources.redhat.com,
gcc.gnu.org).
