  Much of the board support code in DejaGnu isn't very pretty either. At
least these days we're not still having to download srecords at 9600 baud...

  While I like the idea of the 'cross' code going into a later patch,
It's not a big deal either way, so yeah, it's ok. Did you file a
copyright assignment with the FSF ?
