The patch needs documentation.  There needs to be a description of the
new baseboard attribute you've introduced.  There also needs to be
documentation and a test case (see utils.test) for makeAbsolute (which
I prefer to be called make_absolute, to conform with the Tcl coding
style we have adopted).
