You aren't doing anything wrong. The Directory has a limit on the number
of results it will return in a query or search.
Is there a reason you want/need more than 5,000 results in the web
interface?
If you are doing research or want to make use of the data in some other
way, we have a number of options for exporting bulk data.
Up until February 1st we were doing daily bulk data dumps. We turned
them off and I forgot to turn them back on, but I will make sure that
gets done.
For now, here is a link to an XML version of the data from 2013/02/01:
<http://static.fsf.org/nosvn/directory/directory.xml>
We can also output the data in other formats as well. So,
feedback/advice on what is most useful is greatly appreciated :-)
