I think eID packages should probably just use Security:authentication, no?
We could use the tags eID, EIC and in the description include those
acronyms and the phrase electronic identity card. Wouldn't this be
enough to hepl a person find eID/EIC software without us having to
create a more narrow value for the Security property?
