In the other thread, I suggested an alternate name for
'baid and surrender', then David responded to me off list,
I didn't notice it was off list:

Then David said let's get more consensus before changing it. Now
I realize why there wasn't any replies, doh.
So, anyone else agree on "Nonfree software promotion"?
I would also change the description to simply:
"Promote's other nonfree applications or plugins.
Users should be careful to use only the free software
version. "
As for the discussion about mysql's name, it's a more
specific case that we can still warn about separately and
rms's suggested text looks good to me.
