there is a validation bug on the 'Checksum:' field of the edit
worm - the instructions are to put the output of the GNU `sum`
program - that is of this form:

  16358   143 source-ball.tar.gz
  
but that input is rejected with and error message:

  must have the correct URL format, starting with "http"
  
it is apparently validating it as a URL


2nd bug? - i tried to add this to the "Backlog_active" page; but
i left a comment on an existing entry first - then after
submitting that, the edit button is gone, so i can not add the
bug i wanted to report
