Mosis design rules

Hi Steve,

I know that there is a CMOS technology in Electric that
uses MOSIS submicron rules (6 metal, double poly). Is 
this technology fairly current? Could I use this
technolgy targeting for example, a TSMC .35 process
through MOSIS? Also, have the MOSIS technologies been
used for fabrication in the past?
