Hi Alan,
This has been fixed in the latest CVS code.
I was using a feature that was not in python 1.5x
The fix is to change
atsc_rx_FLAGS += s_option
atsc_tx_FLAGS += s_option
to
atsc_rx_FLAGS = atsc_rx_FLAGS + s_option
atsc_tx_FLAGS = atsc_tx_FLAGS + s_option
