This card has been suggested for capturing raw samples. If it is possible (we
have no real confirmation) it would take some work in the drivers. The BT848
and 878 cards were the suggested ones.

This includes ASICs to do the HDTV decoding. It's probably the fastest and
cheapest way to watch HDTV. It's just not as interesting as doing it yourself
