Cool.

That means that you could conceivably build a 4-port correlator
 (for radio astronomy) out of a single USRP, assuming that your
 front-ends are all running from a single oscillator/reference.

Yes, they will maintain synchrony.  The A/D's use a common clock.
The streams are processed in parallel in the FPGA in lock-step.  The
channel are interleaved in the stream across the USB and into user
space.
