[Discuss-gnuradio] Normalized fft sink

I added a scaling factor by 1/sqrt(fft_size) to the fft_sink
implementation so that the spectrum level that is displayed 
does not change when the fft size changes. For some reason
I find this more pleasing than the original version.

I attach the file for comments and if anyone wants to upload it to
the CVS.
