[Discuss-gnuradio] error again

when i connect the usrp to the comp and run "tail -f /var/log/messages"
i get the following error:

usbview fails to detect the usrp. however when i type "rmmod ehci-hcd"
usbiew detects it in uhci-hcd as "Unknown Device", and tail -f
/var/log/messages gives...

any help on rectifying the above would be greatly appreciated...
