[Discuss-gnuradio] binary installer gnuradio-2.5cvs.win32.exe for windows

Hi all,
I created a very simple setup script with which you can create a binary 
installer for gnuradio for win32.
It uses standard python distutils functionality to do this
It requires a few manual steps to prepare the builddir (copy required dlls into 
it)
Hey, but it works.

The resulting executable only requires an installed Python2.4.1
I made a first gnuradio installer based on the latest cvs version (with latest 
mingw patches).

You can find the installer (gnuradio-2.5cvs.win32.exe), setupscript and readme

This installer does not include the usrp driver for windows or wxgui (yet)
