Hi Carlos,
According to the product brief at
http://www.xceive.com/technology_XC2028.htm
it has a SIF output, but without the complete
datasheet, it is hard to say.
You could probably check out with the authors of linux
XC2028 tuner driver. Their contact are listed in the
tuner-xc2028.c source code. The source can be obtained
from www.kernel.org
