Hi Jakob - I'm working on a branch right now which moves  
<omnithread.h> to <gnuradio/omnithread.h>, so that GNU Radio is self- 
contained w/r.t. omnithread headers and will work with omniORB  
installed elsewhere.  More soon. - MLD
