[Discuss-gnuradio] How can I externally trigger USRP2?

Hi,

in our lab we want to use a USRP2 to generate an RF-signal starting at a
given time in our experimental sequence. While the generation of the signal
works fine, in order to do this we need to be able to externally trigger the
start of the sequence. We basically want to start the transmission of the
data to the USRP2 from the host but the USRP2 starts transmitting only after
it has received a TTL signal or the like from somewhere else. I would very
much appreciate any hints on how to implement this. Cheers,
