If you are using 16 bit complex samples, the USRP1 can send 8 MHz of RF 
bandwidth to the host computer.  If using 8 bit samples, you can do 16 MHz.

You can split it over 2 ranges, but the 2 ranges would need to be equal 
in width.

You really have 3 ranges here:

1.8 to 4.0
7-7.5
14-14.5

You could cover any 2 of those at once.

The LFRX is better for this than the BasicRX, BTW, since it has a 30 MHz 
LPF and goes down to DC.
