It's my first message here and since I'm a
newbie with this subject, I would like to ask for some suggestions and
confirm if it is possible to do what I propose.
We've got some
USRP2 kits, but the main problem is that we don't have any daughterboard
yet. Since the Gigabit port works as it comes from factory, would I be
able to build a packet sniffer with GNU Radio, access the fpga and
configure it then finally put it to work with a computer which will be
simulating a gigabit switch?
Or is there (or even possible) any other application involving the USRP2 + GNU Radio without any daughterboard?
