There is no "error" really, it's just that it's only building the documentation for UHD, as the tests for the rest of the components have failed.

I would start by installing Cheetah [python-cheetah] and then have another go.
Actually looking back at your previous message, it seems it already is, but can't find it. And why is python in /opt?
