Does the file re-appear after *every* re-install?
This is a vim-swapfile, not a lot of developers use vim[1]. Do you use
vim? In that case, you might have created that file yourself.

I'm not sure why it put off any GNU Radio program, though. Specifically,
a ConfigParser object is forced to parse anything in this dir. Should
not happen.
