[Discuss-gnuradio] How to get the output from constellation receiver to match modulators symbol rate

Hi,
I currently have the constellation modulator set @ 2 samples / symbol.
The constellation receiver is giving me all the bits as output (it's not down-sampling the bits, if that's the correct word), so i'm getting duplicate bits, anyone got any idea how get the receiver to match the symbol rate of the modulator.
