yep, it looks exactly the same for me.
I think the text is statically set as "Time (sec)", but QWT *should* annotate the axis with a factor like 10^-3 automagically;
I'll have a look at this, but most probably you'll be faster than me figuring things out (since you're already at this ;) ).

Plot text should be "ms" instead of "sec".  No show stopper; just confused me 
when working with very low rates.
