Siva,

please make sure you've read the installation guide and the guide on how
to ask questions. Also, you're probably not using PyBombs, and a manual
source build as you're attempting is not meant for beginners (we were
all beginners at one point, so don't worry about that. But you're making
your life unnecessary difficult).

All the answers you want are directly in the massive log you posted, and
very clearly indicated:

This is a clear warning. Ignore these at your own peril.
