Hi Martin,

Thanks for your comments. As mentioned in proposal core deliverable is a user friendly GUI that allow users to perform operations mentioned in section 4 of the proposal. Please see following link for the GUI:

Its definitely not final/complete. I'll target pyqtgraph which is built on PyQt4 / PySide and numpy. However, layout of GUI will be finalized after discussion with mentor.

Reading your proposal, I don't understand what tools exactly I'll have
after you're finished, and how they would look like. Can you provide
some examples and/or mockups?
