Hi Ekko,

this is, like usual, something that you'll have to investigate and define better first.
A few comments:

* it seems like you're running GNU Radio locally as root. NEVER EVER do that. On the E310, things might get a bit more complicated, but on a PC, there's no excuse to run any UHD/GNU Radio application as root.
* What does the time domain signal look like? Does it look sane, or is there potential for clipping?
* As usual, we have to ask you manually to tell us everything you did; what / how did you transmit on the E310? Is the E310 ok, or are there errors on the E310?
* As usual, a screenshot of a text-console, scaled down to illegibility, is not nearly as helpful as copy & pasting the text.

but i got no correct constellation ,just like
