Thanks, this is a false alarm. It must have been an issue with downloading on Chrome for Windows on the machine I was using. I just verified that the file's SHA256 checksum matches the expected checksum on a Ubuntu system:

$ wget http://gnuradio.org/data/sdk/armv7hf/20160420/oecore-x86_64-armv7ahf-vfp-neon-toolchain-nodistro.0.sh
[...]
$ sha256sum oecore-x86_64-armv7ahf-vfp-neon-toolchain-nodistro.0.sh
0c50d6d44db9cb030800cfffe0ff2a4d7022a2c1c5e0b9c9f2dc155435c5657a  oecore-x86_64-armv7ahf-vfp-neon-toolchain-nodistro.0.sh

This error occurs when the script is self-extracting: [3]. Note that the GUI version downloads properly and has a correct SHA256 checksum.

Sean,

I'm not getting the same results. I checked both the local file on the server and downloaded it myself onto another computer, and all SHA256 sums match what's in that table for me.
