is almost certainly wrong.


it should be something like


cmake -DCMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX=/usr ..


(assuming you want to install to /usr)

But that will only become a problem later on :)

Right now, the output tells you what's wrong: you're missing JACK!
Wild guess, didn't check (a good way to figure out would be using "apt search JACK" and looking for -dev packages):

sudo apt install libjack-dev
