this might depend on how you install it
I see you are using and /opt/ prefix. I just install it with `pybombs install gr-fhss_utils` and it works.
Maybe you are missing a dependency?
FYI the FFT peak block you want is a simple hier block you could make without installing anything.
Look at this file.
