I guess a out-of-tree module is not installed (probably gr-dab, as the missing blocks are related to dab).

You can install it by yourself, but I think gr-dab does not support 3.10 yet (and is not actively being updated). There's some 3.9 ports, though. https://github.com/andrmuel/gr-dab/issues/28

Dear Experts,

                      The file was designed in GNU Radio version 3.7, when I tried to open it in GNU Radio version 3.10 there was an error in the Blocks like  "Missing Block" . What is the issue, how to recover the Blocks. Please refer the attached screenshot.
