OK, you've install gnuradio from the gnuradio-releases PPA repository. Why did
you choose the PPA repository and not the Ubuntu universal repository?
How did you install gr-osmosdr (that's the package that provides the Osmocom
source and sink blocks)?
After installing gnuradio from the PPA repository you need to install all other
OOT modules (like gr-osmosdr) from source as the packages in the Ubuntu's
repository have been built for a different gnuradio version.
