New version Build Guide

Hi all,

There is at http://www.made-it.com/ a new version of the GNUstep Build
Guide online.

It is not guaranteed to work with the CVS version, but with the 20010125
snapshot it all works fine.

Credits go to Adam for his work on making ffcall install nicely, which
saved me an Appendix. DGS is added and the docs of libxml are now
installed in the correct place.

Please test this version, so we can have a clean install guide soon,
comments, flames and more are welcome ;)
