2 Build Guides

Hi all,

I just finished splitting the Build Guide in two. Now there is a CVS and
a Stable version.
The CVS version is meant for developers and contains/expects gcc 3.0,
dgs and the xdgs backend. Also GORM, ProjectCenter etc. are build.
The Stable version doesn't build DGS and assumes you have gcc 2.95.2 or
2.95.3 also the environment build is left out.

This split is done to make the guides readable with concern to the gcc
objc runtime and because the stable releases don't contain xdps, there
is no download version 0.6.9 from the ftp-site, which creates confusion.

Further more there a minor changes to some parts of the Guides, which
results in different versions. The CVS version is the old one and has
now version 1.3.0, where the Stable version kicks in at 1.0.0.
