(1)

I have tried to compile `PanelTest.app' [very simple application]

? why am I getting these warnings

/usr/bin/ld: warning: type and size of dynamic symbol
`__objc_class_name_NSConstantString' are not defined
/usr/bin/ld: warning: type and size of dynamic symbol
`__objc_class_name_NSApplication' are not defined
/usr/bin/ld: warning: type and size of dynamic symbol
`__objc_class_name_NSAutoreleasePool' are not defined

??
[it is probably some sort of FAQ, but what have I to do with my
        gcc-3.0 & binutils-2.11.2
not to get those messages? Is it because of the improper versions of ld
& gcc ? And if,
how can I find out, which combinations are the proper ones?

(2)

I have tried to run `openapp PanelTest.app' [compilation ends without
errors] and I get

Connection accepted on socket number 6 via UNIXCONN
computed res of 74.9816x75.0739
Jul 27 22:19:37 PanelTest[29971] No AFM file for font Helvetica. Can't
get font info

get font info
/opt/GNUstep/System/Tools/openapp: line 100: 29971 Broken
pipe $full_appname/$appname $@

- in the according to `Build Guide [www.made-it.com...] I am at the
point 5.1

?? what have I forgot to do?
