New ProjectCenter features

Hi,

since 0.2.6 new features and cleanups have been added, mainly:

  - when changing project entries, the project is not saved automatically but 
marked as being changed. Upon build the application asks if the project should 
be saved, if needed.

  - more project options are now really handled, esp. the installation path

  - The PC.project files are now updated automatically (after the user has 
approved it), if the application notices any changes ( new keys ). This feature 
has been added because some new keys have been introduced.

  - RPMs can now be created again.

  - tar.gz packages can now be created as well (new icon)

  - The various PC* bundles for project types and file types are finally 
managed by ProjectCenter itself.

  - cleanups and so on...;-)

Please let me know about everything which does not work (anymore) or what can 
be done in a better way. I did not yet make a new release, so you have to get 
the sources from CVS.
