I think a file is missing from cvs (in projectcenter.app)
dawn:~/work/GNUstep/dev-apps/ProjectCenter$ make
GNUmakefile:32: Version: No such file or directory
make: *** No rule to make target `Version'. Stop.
creating an empty file makes the compile start, but I have no idea if
that file should contain any important info.
