ANN: Affiche v0.3.0

Hi,

I'm glad to announce the release of Affiche 0.3.0. Affiche is a little 
clone of the MacOS-X's "Stickies" application (lets you put little notes 
on your desktop).

Affiche works well on GNUstep (cvs version of 2002/01/15 or more recent) 
and OS-X. The goal of Affiche is to provide a good little example for 
GNUstep development (for new developpers) while providing a useful tool.

Here's what's new since 0.2.0:

- Affiche now provides a service "Make Note" so you can create a new 
  note from any GNUstep or Cocoa application
- Note window's title now takes the value of the first line of the note
- Fixed a small bug in the import feature
