ANNOUNCE: Encod.app 0.2.8

Hi,

I'm pleased to announce the release of Encod.app 0.2.8

CHANGES from 0.2.5
- You can select/deselect all tracks thanks to a new Icon
- You can personalize the name of the ogg file from the preferences panel.
E.g you can now have your files name written like this "Author /
Trackname.ogg" or "Trackname -.- Album.ogg"  ... 
- Few minor bug fixes
- After french and english, Encod now speaks german (Thanks to Andreas)
 
Encod is a Gnustep front-end that allows to extract tracks from audio-cd and
encod them in the compression audio format wanted ( ogg vorbis for the time
now ).

The aim of Encod is to be one of the most intuitive gui encoders. 
It actually use 2 librairies (libparanoia, libvorbis) for audio ripping and
encoding. 

I plan for the next release (probably by the end of november) :
- having the same kind of pref panel than Gsburn, Gnumail 
- leaving my own cddb code to integrate the cddb bundle from Yen-Ju and put
it in the pref panel.
- offering encoding services, in particular for MusicBox.
- And I hope having time enough to make beautiful icons ! 

I would like to thank all of the people on the irc channel that helped me
doing this release, in particularly Jeff and Pierre-Yves.
